All our products are authentic, brand new and fully inspected before your shipment is dispatched.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the watches to us within 7 days of receipt.
Any item returned to Ballast must be:
- Unused and in original and resalable condition with any tamper-evident label still attached
- No scratches & physical damages
- With proof of purchase
- Merchandise in original condition with all the manufacturers packaging, instructions and guarantee booklet.
Please note that prior to return of any merchandise, the customer must inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Proof of purchase
- Your contact detail
- Order number
- Reason for return
We will review and respond accordingly.
Customer should only send back the item upon receipt approval from Ballast.
If item are return without prior approval from us, we will not be able to refund the item.
Please note that customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged and sent via a trusted postal service or courier. Ballast cannot take responsibility for return items damaged or lost in transit.
